Walking to raise awareness of Arthritis

Andrew McLeur is walking the length of New Zealand to raise awareness and funds for Arthritis NZ.

Find out more about what his proposed route is and what is happening in Whangarei on Sunday where Arthritis NZ local members are having a shared lunch to welcome him and support him on the next leg of his journey.

Twenty-two year old Masterton man Andrew McNeur has decided to wlak the length of New Zealand to raise funds for Arthritis New Zealand as well as raising awareness of this debilitating disease.

Arthritis NZ local members are having a get together 12 noon on Sunday at Daffodil House to welcome Andrew in Whangarei. Everyone is welcome to come along. Bring a plate for the shared lunch and meet Andrew and talk to him about his adventure.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
