A workshop for adult siblings of disabled people.

This weekend will focus on the unique perspective of siblings, the distinctive dynamics of the relationship they have with their disabled brother or sister, and will provide practical advice and information about how to manage the role of advocate. 

Weekend workshops will be held in Auckland and Christchurch and are on offer to any adult siblings who are interested in being an important part of the support and guidance of their disabled brother or sister. 

The workshop, accommodation, travel and meals are free to participants. 

Places are limited, please register your interest as soon as possible, to allow flights and accommodation to be organised.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
