If your shoulder is suffering from wear and tear or injury, then a seminar being held by Arthritis NZ on November 21st may help.

Guest speaker, orthopedic surgeon Andrew Herbert, will explain shoulder replacement and surgery, including the assessment process, medication and pain management.  A physiotherapist will also provide information about a range of pre and post surgery treatment.

The seminar starts at 9,15 am at St Francis Xavier Church Hall in Park Ave, Whangarei.  It costs $5 a person, unless you’re a financial member of Arthritis NZ.  Registrations to Arthritis educator Maggie on (09) 438 3741.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
