Kensington Fitness is holding an open day for the disabled community at the Kensington Fitness in the ASB Leisure Centre on Sunday 28th October between 8am-1pm

Kensington Fitness is a fully equipped gym locally owned and operated by Sport Northland a regional Sports Trust.
Sport Northlands mission is all about ‘Getting Northlanders More Active’.

You are invited to come in and familiarize yourselves with what exercise machines and strength training equipment that we have… for FREE!

At Kensington Fitness we have a specious gym facility, group fitness classes, four disabled car parks directly outside the main entrance doors, a lift, caring and knowledgeable staff, and a range of exercise machines that can be used by both able bodied people and those with a disability.

We are offering tours of the facility for individuals or small groups, a FREE trial pass which includes an assessment and programme and three free visits (valued at $70).
And if you join on the day you get a 10% discount off your membership purchase.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
