Charity Night of ‘Cabaret’

Published 24 May 2007, Posted in Northland

The Charity Night of ‘Cabaret’ at the Whangarei Theatre Company was held last night and was a very successful evening.

The Society raised approximately $3500 toward services for those affected by dementia within the Northland community and everyone enjoyed a great show.

Our thanks to the and, of course, the cast crew and orchestra for giving their time for this additional performance.

If anyone has not yet seen the show, I recommend they get along there.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
