Catch a Wave Day

Disabled Surfers Association of New Zealand logoSurfers and non-surfers alike come down and help out people with any disability, have a safe, fun, surfing experience and a great time at the beach. 

All volunteers welcome, we would love to have your help. If you know of anyone that may want to be a participant please let them know about our catch a wave day too.

Date: Saturday 6th of march 2010
Venue: Omanu Beach Mt. Maunganui

Volunteer sign in from 8.30am
Participant sign in from 9.30am -12.30pm
Welcome and start time around 10.00am

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
