Caroline Eve Charity Fashion Parade

A photo of a Caroline Eve model on stageThis event, held in Kerikeri on Saturday May 2nd at The Razza, lived up to its promise of being an evening of style and fun - thanks to a great team of helpers and volunteers, who ensured that everything was “all right on the night”!

Diane, Manager of Caroline Eve and her wonderful volunteer models performed very professionally – showing off the fashions to an appreciative crowd of around 100 people. Sally Macauley, Deputy Mayor of the Far North, coordinated her commentary beautifully with the models and created a very warm rapport with the audience.

They were then treated to a hilarious performance by the Kerikeri Players – a ‘tribute’ to the Andrews Sisters which prompted much laughter!  The Keri Keri Player

This was a very successful event raising over $1200 for the work of Arthritis New Zealand in the Far North.

Our sincere thanks go to all the generous sponsors who supported the event in many ways. Hardy’s Health Shop and Makana Confections provided gifts for the Lucky Ticket draws, Cherry Blossom Florist created the beautiful floral displays as well as the stunning bouquet for the Deputy Mayor, and of course a big thanks to Caroline Eve and Shoestyles.

Minnie’s presentation on Be Accessibe was truly inspiring. disappointing to see those most in need of ‘enlightenment’ were absent….a great build up for the RWC and way beyond so up to those who did attend to be vocal! and spread the Be word!
