I have a personal experience of disability as I have a vision impairment. I enjoy working in an organisation who’s kaupapa is ‘for disabled – by disabled’. I feel strongly about the role Tiaho plays in changing the way society views people who have a disability.

My role within Tiaho Trust is to work alongside the DIAS Collective to support the increased dissemination and utilisation of the information and services they provide in Northland.  I also manage the content on the Tiaho website sometimes writing , but often gathering together from different sources, content that I feel would be of interest and useful to the disability community in Northland.
